HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Wedding season (November–May) fills up fast, popular Saturdays go 3–6 months out. Roce and smaller functions can often be confirmed with a few weeks' notice, but earlier is always safer for a fixed date.
DO YOU TRAVEL OUTSIDE KARKALA?
Yes, regularly across Udupi, Mangaluru, Kundapura, Moodbidri and Manipal, and further on request. Travel and generator costs are quoted upfront, no surprises on the night.
WHAT SOUND SETUP DO WE GET?
The rig is sized to your guest count and venue: a small line array for a house roce, scaled up for a 900-guest reception hall. If you want full production (lights, truss, stage, decor), that comes through Lobo Events on the same booking.
CAN WE SEND SONG REQUESTS?
Always. Send a WhatsApp list ahead of time for must-plays and do-not-plays, and requests are taken live all night too, that's half the job.
DO YOU NEED A POWER BACKUP OR GENERATOR?
For open grounds and older halls, yes, it's worth arranging one so the set never drops mid-song. Lobo Events can supply generator and power planning as part of the full setup package.
